O art.

On October 28, 2026, I found 25 Chatbot App (chatbotapp.ai) subscription payments in Paddle's history, from October 28, 2024 to October 28, 2026, totaling BRL 2,852.49: an initial BRL 114.09 payment and 24 payments of BRL 114.10. No refunds appeared in the history reviewed.
The latest BRL 114.10 charge was a renewal on October 28, 2026, not a new initial purchase. I requested its refund that same day and a review of earlier charges. I do not currently use this service and was surprised by the accumulated total.
Paddle's automated support denied the refund twice. A message attributed to HUBX cited more than 20 messages on the account and more than seven days since the initial purchase. Human review was not confirmed. I requested the dates of the alleged usage and clarification of any usage in the newly renewed period.
Automatic renewal was canceled, with an indicated end date of November 28, 2026, but the refund remains unresolved. I also emailed Chatbot App support requesting human review.
I request a reasoned assessment under Brazil's Consumer Protection Code: clear information on the purchase and renewal (Article 6, III) and assessment of the withdrawal right in Article 49 as it relates to the disputed charge. Article 7, XIII of Brazil's Internet Civil Rights Framework applies consumer protection rules to online consumer transactions. Please assess this specific case without conflating the initial purchase date with the disputed renewal.
I request a refund of the BRL 114.10 charged on October 28, 2026; review of earlier charges for possible refunds; evidence of the purchase and renewal terms, with records and dates of the alleged usage; and confirmation that no further charges will occur. If refused, please provide a human response stating the specific contractual and legal grounds.
