To *****: I stayed at the afore mentioned hotel and I am indeed a smoker. However, I have been staying in hotels frequently for 22 years and I am aware of the smoking rules. At check-out, I was charged a fee of *****, which is incorrect. I couldn't dispute it because I was late for my flight. The issue is that I didn't smoke in the room, and if there is any smell, it's because I smoked in the outdoor areas where it's permitted, and the smell gets on my clothes. To be accused of this to such an extent, I want proof, and I want to know why the fire alarm wasn't triggered since you claim I smoked in the room. You're applying a fine solely for the smell and only 30 minutes before leaving the hotel?! I am informing you that this message is being sent to the ***** to block the payment until the end of this authoritarian dispute on the part of the hotel. Thank you in advance,
